I've been religiously putting my PS4 in rest mode every day after I leave for work in case destiny 2 has an update. I have slow internet and usually work long shifts, so I prefer to not get home and see the game I've been waiting to play had an update that's going to take all night for me to download. The much anticipated Destiny update hit today and brings with it a bevy of new content for fans. Included is a raised level cap to 34, refined stats and tweaks to practically every weapon in. This in fact worked for me. Switching to google DNS last night made a world of difference. I started the download at By 10 it had only reached 46%. I put in the Google DNS, paused the download, tested service, resumed downloading, and I was playing Destiny before 50%/1 hour vs. 50%/ hours. So a % increase in downloading speed.
